Terms of Service

By accessing and using the SPRAED platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

SPRAED provides an agentic operating fabric that enables seamless coordination between humans, AI agents, and electronic devices.

• Device connectivity and management platform
• AI agent orchestration and coordination
• Real-time data processing and analytics
• API access and developer tools

As a user of SPRAED services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access:

• Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance
• Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
• Service level agreements are defined in your subscription plan
• We are not liable for downtime beyond our control

SPRAED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With 30 days written notice for convenience
• Immediately for material breach of terms
• Upon non-payment of fees when due

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and data may be deleted according to our retention policy.
